Workers were excellent and worked hard all day. kept us updated on progress. On completion everything was well cleaned up and left no trace of rubbish after finishing. "Reg and his team did a sterling job. They were always on site on time and approachable all the time. Reg came across unexpected issues, the process needed to resolve them were discussed with us and the work then undertaken promptly. We could always contact Reg easily and if he couldn't respond immediately, he contacted us ASAP (which was never a long time). His team worked very hard, the weather was appalling, it was at the time of storm Goretti! We were very concerned at this time, as can be imagined, Reg always reassured us at all time, I will admit, I still didn't relax, however he was right and it was all ok. So after we discovered an issue with our guttering recently we asked Reg and his team to inspect the issue and see if they could sort it. He's busy, that's earnt from the good work he does, but he's more than fair with his pricing and his team crack on and get the work done to a proper standard in good time."
